Latin for Beginners |
Description: |
Members of the group will be guided through the Cambridge Latin Course as they engage both the literature and accompanying grammar notes. There is no requirement for past experience in the language. Group members are expected to prepare in advance for each group meeting by reading and translating the literature and by familiarising themselves with the associated grammar and vocabulary. During our sessions members shall each in turn read and speak the English translation of very short sections of Latin text.
